Caren DelRosario, Branch Operations Manager
Bringing a dynamic background of human resources and management experience with her, Caren joined Express in 2005 as a staffing consultant. She quickly took over leadership responsibilities as a branch manager early in 2006, where she focused her recruiting experience in building the administrative services business in Washington. Caren currently acts as both manager of branch operations for the Hillsboro office and business development coach to further support the needs of the growing community. She's quick to implement strategic solutions for the organization while giving back to the community through her partnerships with Doernbecher Children's Hospital and Big Brothers Big Sisters. County

Jenni Glatz, Business Developer
Joining the Express team in December 2006, Jenni began her career as a staffing consultant for the Beaverton office. With prior sales experience and a natural inclination toward business development, Jenni didn’t wait long to make a move into a new role. Less than a year later, she moved to the Hillsboro branch where she leads the team in building new and existing client and community partnerships. Jenni actively participates in both the Hillsboro and Forest Grove Chambers and the Hillsboro Chapter of LeTip. 

Kristi Sweeney, Senior Staffing Consultant
Kristi has worked for Express for the past 21 years. She began her career in our East Portland office as a front office coordinator and was promoted to a role of staffing consultant. Kristi has had the opportunity to work in our Portland, Vancouver, Beaverton, and Hillsboro locations throughout her tenure with Express.  She has been a key team member in the Hillsboro branch for the last 10 years and leads our mid-high level commercial business. Kristi was recently recognized amongst her peers, receiving a Meritorious Award for her dedication to Express and our partners!

Amie Menefee, Staffing Consultant
Starting out as a valued Express associate in June 2006, Amie quickly proved to have an impact on the growing Hillsboro team. Coming from a strong customer service background, Amie has made a successful transition into the staffing industry. Her relationships with current and prospective associates and her dedication to our clients are invaluable. Amie supports all aspects of our recruiting, placement, and retention business, and you can frequently find her networking at local job and career fairs.

Veronica Fregoso, Bilingual Staffing Assistant
As a recent graduate from Oregon State University, Veronica joined the Hillsboro team in November 2008.  She greets our associates with a warm smile daily, provides excellent service to all customers of Express, and manages one of the busiest desks in the industry with ease. Veronica is an exceptional administrative support to her team, and has recently taken on additional responsibilities including recruiting and retention of associates.
